Teaching at Solvay

Alexandre Papanastassiou is Adjunct Professor at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB), where he teaches digital transformation, omnichannel marketing and innovation to executive audiences.

Methods we use

A small set of tools, kept because they work in a boardroom. OODA, to keep the big picture and field reality connected: strategy with operations, executives with the people who do the work. Wardley maps, for situational awareness. And our own Four Quadrants method, which finds the next digitalisation opportunity by starting from a business question, never from the technology.
